Adam Foundation Launches Adam Hub with Civic Eid Reception at Millbank Tower

Adam Foundation formally marked the launch of the Adam Hub at Millbank Tower with an Eid reception bringing together leaders from across public life, civil society, faith, diplomacy and community organisations.

The evening reflected the purpose of the Hub: to create a welcoming civic space where people who may not ordinarily meet can build relationships, exchange perspectives and identify areas of shared purpose.

Guests included ambassadors, parliamentarians, policymakers, community leaders and changemakers from across the United Kingdom. The evening also featured contributions from His Excellency Manar Dabbas, Lord Wajid Khan and Baroness Shaista Gohir OBE.

Avicenna Foundation scholars played an active role in supporting and hosting the reception, engaging directly with established leaders and putting the values of thoughtful convening and relationship-building into practice.

Based on the 26th floor of Millbank Tower, the Adam Hub is home to the Avicenna Foundation and the Community Exchange Hub. Its location in Westminster places the Foundation close to many of the institutions that shape British public life, while its purpose is to bring a broader range of leaders, communities and perspectives into those conversations.

The launch marked the beginning of a programme of events, conversations and collaborations designed to strengthen civic participation, leadership and social cohesion.
