Annual Iftar Adam Hub

Avicenna Foundation Brings Scholars and Supporters Together for Annual Iftar at Adam Hub

The Avicenna Foundation, in partnership with Adam Foundation, hosted its annual Iftar at the Adam Hub in Westminster, bringing together scholars and supporters for an evening of reflection, community and connection.

The gathering was especially significant as one of the first opportunities for Avicenna Scholars and the wider Avicenna community to experience the Adam Hub. Located at Millbank Tower, the Hub has been designed as a space where people from different backgrounds can meet, exchange ideas and build relationships around issues that matter to British civic life.

Alongside the traditions of Ramadan, the evening created space for scholars from different cohorts to connect with one another, share experiences and reflect on the values of service, leadership and contribution that sit at the heart of the Avicenna programme.

The Adam Hub is home to the Avicenna Foundation and the Community Exchange Hub and forms part of Adam Foundation’s wider commitment to creating spaces that strengthen dialogue, participation and social cohesion.

The annual Iftar helped set the tone for the Hub as a place where the next generation of leaders can build confidence, relationships and a stronger sense of responsibility to the communities and institutions around them.
